Q: How do your clothing sizes run? Is there a size chart?

A: Our sizing chart is located below. It is a rough estimate of how our clothing runs. Please keep in mind that we purchase our clothing from several different manufacturers, and each may run differently than the next. Our purple t-shirts, for example, are made from heavyweight cotton and have a more generous fit.

Q: Do your hats come in sizes?

A: Our hats are considered one size fits most. If you don't normally have problems with hats fitting your head, our one size fits most should work just fine for you. If you have a smaller head, check out our Hat Adjuster. It is available to purchase for only $3 and can be attached to the inside of a hat for a snugger fit.

Q: Is your web site secure?

A: Yes. Transactions are protected through the use of a 128-bit encrypted secure connection between your computer and our web site. You can be sure that when you place an order on our web site, your private information is safe. Red Hats and More does not and will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with any other companies, individuals, or other parties.

Q: I'm having trouble ordering online. What can I do?

A: To place your order online, first choose an item you would like to purchase from our site and click the Add to Cart button. Once you are finished choosing products, scroll down to the appropriate shipping option (Ground, 2nd Day, Next Day, Alaska/Hawaii, Canada, International) and then click the Checkout button. You will then add your information on the right side if you are a new customer, or enter your e-mail address and password on the left if you are a returning customer. You will then be taken to a screen where you put in your billing and shipping address(es) and credit card information. If you are still having trouble, you can order via phone, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time by calling 1-877-733-4288. We will be happy to help you place your order.

Q: Can I pay by check or money order?

A: Yes. You are able to pay by check or money order by using our mail order form. Just print it, fill it out, and mail it to us.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: Yes. If you'd like to receive our catalog, just e-mail your name and address to sales@redhatsandmore.com or call us at 1-877-733-4288, and indicate that you want to receive our catalog. We will be happy to add you to our mailing list.

Q: Can I return an item if it doesn't fit or doesn't suit me?

A: Yes. Just follow the instructions on the invoice you received with your package and ship it back to us within 30 days for a refund. For more information, please read our Shipping / Returns policy.

Q: When will I get my package?

A: In-stock items will leave our warehouse either the same or next business day (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time) from when you place your order. If you choose an expedited shipping option (Second-Day or Next-Day), and you place your order by 11 a.m. Eastern Standard/Daylight Time Monday through Friday, your in-stock items will leave our warehouse the same day you place your order.

Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, the length of time it will take to reach its destination is dependent on the chosen shipping method and where the destination is. Our warehouse is in Michigan, so Ground shipments destined for the Midwest and surrounding areas generally arrive in 1-3 business days. Ground shipments going to the East Coast will take about 2-4 business days, and those going to the West Coast, Florida, Alaska, or Hawaii usually take about 4-6 business days. Second-Day and Next-Day shipments will arrive on the second or next business day, respectively, after leaving our warehouse. For more information, please read our Shipping / Returns policy.

Q: Do you ship to Canada or Internationally? How much is it? How long does it take?

A: Yes, we do ship to Canada and internationally. The Canadian provinces are options in the state drop-down box in our shopping cart. We are working on making our shopping cart easier to manage for international orders, but we do accept these orders, too. When placing an international order, just choose a state (because it is required) and put your city and Country in the City line provided. Please choose the appropriate shipping charge in the shopping cart. For information on shipping charges, please read our Shipping / Returns policy. It is hard to give exact delivery times, but we use USPS Global Priority for these shipments and usually estimate about 1-3 weeks.

Q: What is a promotion code? How do I get one?

A: A promotion code is a combination of letters and/or numbers that may be entered into the on-line shopping cart, or given to a customer service representative over the phone, that allows you to receive a discount on your order. To receive promotion codes from us, you may sign up for our e-mail newsletter and/or check out our advertisements in magazines such as Lifestyles. Our e-mail newsletters and advertisements will often contain promotion codes you can use when placing orders with us. Not all offers are active all the time, so check your Red Hats and More e-mail newsletters and magazine advertisements often to get the latest deal!

Q: Can I get a quantity discount?

A: We try our best to offer many products at reasonable prices so that you can purchase larger quantities and not break the bank! If you're organizing a larger event or going on a shopping spree, we offer a 10% discount on orders of $500 or more (before tax and shipping). Just enter the promotion code YESRED into the promotion code box located in the shopping cart for on-line orders, or share it with one of our customer service representatives if you're placing a phone order.

Q: I'm a Purple Perks member. Will I get a discount on my order?

A: Red Hats and More is not affiliated with the Red Hat Society. The Purple Perks membership was created by the society and can't be used everywhere. If you're interested in receiving special offers from Red Hats and More, please sign up for our e-mail newsletter.

Q: How do I join the Red Hat Society? How did the society start? What do they do?

A: To learn all you ever wanted to know about the Red Hat Society, please visit their offical web site, www.redhatsociety.com.

Q: I'm looking for something, and I didn't see it on your web site. Will you help me find it?

A: Our web site is the best place to look to see if we carry a certain product, because it lists every product we carry. However, if you've looked through all of our products and still haven't found that special item you're looking for, make sure you suggest we carry it by e-mailing us at sales@redhatsandmore.com. We're always looking for new and exciting products to carry. As you can see from our site, we don't pass up anything red or purple! Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

A: The tax rate you are charged is based on where your order is being shipped to. We charge sales tax on orders shipping to locations in Michigan, because we are located in Michigan. The sales tax rate for the state of Michigan is 6%. Orders that are being shipped to any other destination than Michigan are not taxed, even if the billing address is located in Michigan.

Q: Do you sell your products wholesale?

A: No, we currently do not sell any of our products wholesale.
